Welcome to the Stampin’ Pretty Pals’ Blog Hop!
This month, the theme is “It’s All About the Kids.” We hope that you will be inspired by the creations the Pals are sharing with you! Then, you will find the lineup at the end of my post to help you “hop” along from Pal to Pal.
Just Kiddin’ Slimline Card
When we were given this month’s blog hop theme, I immediately thought of the Just Kiddin’ Suite Collection. It’s adorable but I only own the paper so I used the Just Kiddin’ Designer Series Paper to create the most adorable slimline card. I didn’t even use a single stamp! Here’s my card.

After going through the paper I decided the kids with the pets were just what I needed to create an adorable scene. I then started looking at the patterns on the backside of the paper and thought these three patterns would make the perfect grass, sky and sun to complete my scene.
Check out a close up of the fun little sun created from the paper and the Radiating Stiches dies. I finished it off with a single Wild Wheat 2023-2025 In Color Dots. I think it turned out perfect!

I ended up using the rest of the blue triangle DSP piece to make a coordinating envelope.

The Details
- Colors: Azure Afteroon, Basic White
- Cardstock Base: 7″ x 8-1/2″, score at 3-1/2″ on the 7′ side
- Layer 1: Basic White 3-3/8″ x 8-3/8″
- Layer 2: Blue Triangle DSP 3-1/4″ x 8-1/4″
- Layer 3: Green Stripe DSP 1/2″ x 8-1/4″
- Sun: Yellow Wavy DSP is die cut with the 2 small round dies from the Radiating Stitches Dies, pop the small one with a Dimensional and add embellishment
- Fussy cut the kids, arrange as desired and adhere. I did pop three of them up with dimensionals to add some depth.
More inspiration awaits, so use the lineup below to visit the rest of the Design Team. Then, please mark your calendars for our next blog hop next month, when our theme will be “See How My Garden Grows.”
Until then, have fun in your craft space.
