This card design came to me in the middle of the night. Ended up waking up early, so I got to make the card before work today.
These flowers were made last night. If you don’t yet recognize the flower stamp it is because it is a sneak peek of the You’ve Got This They are a tad messy to make and take a while to dry but the effect is totally worth the time!
How did I make them? Start by stamping your image with VersaMark onto Shimmery White cardstock. How many you do is up to you. Don’t worry so much about the “where” as you will be fussy cutting them later. Apply white embossing powder and heat emboss. Cut around the embossed imagine so that you have a square of sorts. Get a plastic container and place the piece in it. Using your spritzer filled with water, generously spray the embossed image until water bubbles are sitting on top. Next get your favorite color of re-inker and drop onto the water. You will see it start to swirl. You can pick it up and turn it so that the ink will move around and cover the image as desired. If you find that you got too much, you can dab or blot the excess ink with a paper towel. Now stand it on its side to dry against the edge of the plastic container. It will need a good 12 hours to dry or you can dry it faster with your heat tool. Once it is dry, proceed to fussy cut out the image. I hope this helps you to make a beautiful creation of your own!
